The bottom line is – life is H A R D. Taking the step to enter into therapy does NOT mean there is something wrong with you. In fact, it means you are an open-minded, self-motivated individual looking to improve your life and relationships! My purpose is to serve you in this transformative psychotherapy journey. I respectfully empower my clients with strategies and coping skills to navigate life’s challenges. I strive to provide a neutral therapy setting to encourage my clients to create an objective and insightful lens into their lives. This insight inspires my clients to gain new perspectives and make lasting life changes. My ultimate goal is to help improve the overall well-being and life outcomes of every person I serve. A little caring goes a long way.
My specialties include women’s issues, trauma, relationships, and domestic violence. I also treat a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety (panic, bad nerves and worrying), depression (loneliness, sadness, and hopelessness), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) (stress related to scary events).
