When we first meet we’ll spend some time looking at the concerns and/or goals that brought you to counseling. We will look for a time to meet on a regular basis. Brief therapy - 3 to 6 sessions - is appropriate for some issues and open ended sessions are reccommended for others. This will be based upon the nature of what brings you to therapy, as well as your individual needs. Contact Info
