Roger Lin, Psy.D., Th.M., M.Div.

Licensed Psychologist

I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families, ranging in age from children, adolescents, to adults and older adults. We live in a world that can get messy at times. Therapy provides a safe place for refuge, redirecting, processing, healing, and growth. Therapy is a form of help that addresses various kinds of distress such as depression, anxiety, trauma, difficulties with life transitions, and relational and family conflicts. The goals of therapy range from the relief of symptoms to significant life changes based on acquiring skills and a better understanding of one’s personal, relational, social, and spiritual circumstances.

Therapy is a safe zone. I provide a safe place for all people regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, physical ability, race, ethnic background, immigration status, or creed. My goal is to provide you a safe place to be honest, understood, and listened to well. I am committed to breathing hope into experiences of brokenness. My hope for you is authentic wholeness in your mind, body, and heart that overflows in your life.

My focus is holistic health taking into account your mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being. My therapy methods are based on best evidence-based practices in the research and training of psychologists, marriage and family therapists, social workings, and professional counselors.

I am an Asian American psychologist that is able to navigate the reality of majority-minority contexts and relationships. I have a deep respect for those who are different from me. I enjoy entering into the life of the client and working with you towards your health and wellness.

I am married and have two children. I enjoy playing sports, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
