I believe we all do the best we can yet dealing with life’s challenges can leave us feeling lost, stuck, overwhelmed, frightened, and/or out of control.

In order to regain balance, feel more whole, experience more joy, and make the most out of our relationships, it is necessary to have compassion for ourselves, and better understand who we are, what we need and what we have to give.

I am available and am honored to explore what is and isn’t going on in an individual’s or couple’s life and support, challenge and encourage the efforts to restore, injured, undeveloped, or stuck parts of self.

To this end, I strive to provide a reassuring and calm space for healing, and creating opportunities to heal, grow and recover.

About Me

I work with adults, adolescents and couples whose challenges include depression, anxiety, mental illness, life transitions, ADHD, loss, family struggles, trauma, and addiction.

I have a Masters in Social Work from the University of Georgia.
